Not happy at all with FNB customer service

I am a firm believer in your Bank and often rave about you to my friends as being one of the top service providers. However, I applied for a smart device a month ago and that was the beginning of my problems with you. I was told i will receive my device in 10-15 working days but it was just a lie. I called the call center number many times and they firstly told me they do not have stock. i was off but i waited patiently until i receive a call on Monday (3 June 2013) from Gladys in a very friendly attitude she told me i will receive my phone the next day 4 June 2013 and she already spoke to the couriers and they confirmed i will receive the phone on the said date. I waited with great excitement and even came to your FB, twitter, hellopeter to praise the great service you have and she ensured me that am gonna receive my phone. Tuesday came and the whole day i did not receive my phone then she assured me again that i will receive it on the next day and i waited patiently again. On Wednesday at around closing working hours she told me they don't have stock but they will deliver the following day. i dont have a phone today and they put me on hold if i call. i want it my phone today!
