Really bad service

I am livid with the bad service I received from Bidvest Bank Head Office.
I had a complaint about their banking system that does not show a reference on my statement when someone deposits money into my account. I had to call the call centre to find out the reference.
I sent an e-mail about the complaint and was told that Gerald will get back to me. A week later still no word nor e-mail, I called the call centre again asking what happened to the complaint and they said the consultant that received it never logged it, which means if I never called no one would have attended to it.
Noni said I should resend the e-mail and she would attend to it. She even said that when she receives the mail she will send me a mail saying she got it. Well, what do you know, its been a week and still no response from anyone at Bidvest Bank.
Clearly this is an indication how much the bank values me as an account holders. They get their bank charges from my account every month and they never had an issue with taking my money. I am paying the bank to tend to my banking needs and clearly Bidvest Bank is not holding up their end.
