Since i posted a complaint regarding bidvest, managent replied promised to call me and address my quiery as of now i have nt received any phone call this shows total arrogance frm their side, however im waiting for the 20 day period before i can report to the banking omsbud due to the fact that they claim that u can poen an account online while they knw that its impossible is nt that false advertising i would report to the consumer protector, no wonder y bidvest is a small bank but the number of complains against them exceeds the one s against big banks, wat a shame
