I changed my two policies to one policies on the suggestion of one of the Budget Insurance consultants. What he did not tell me was that my basic access of would increase from R1200 to R3450 for my car should I get in to a accident. After several phone calls and talking to many different consultants explaining everything from the start again Lauren Kleinhans went that extra mile and stayed with me on the line untill she sorted out everything for me. Thankyou Lauren - how great it was not to talk to someone that just put you through to the next person all the time.
