I called? n at FNB contact centre 0860112244, the vo? ce prompts sends me to agents who dont want to help but preffer to put a person on hold wh? le they transfer to the start of the vo? ce prompts, I lost my cheque card and my sav? ngs card, and th? s morn? ng I got an sms say? ng If? have less than R250? n my account I w? ll face bank charges and penalt? es. I then got another sms say? ng my cards were cancelled. I tr? ed to report the cards and have old ones cancelled and new cards re-? ssued, 18 hours later st? ll no help. Under such cond? t? ons? n South Afr? ca where? s so h? gh, I cant even depend on my bank for safety and serv? ce. I just want my old cards stoped and cancelled and new cards? ssued, all I was told os that I w? ll be charged but I must just hold on. I called from my cellphone wa? tted from 14:35 to 14:56 w? th no sat? sfact? on. Its such a hassle to sw? tch banks and now I am at the? r mercy.
