INEXPERIENCED, MANNERLESS AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Hi,
I would like to use this opportunity to complain about the inexperienced banking, manner-less and unprofessional services of Bidvest bank. This bank is not supposed to be licensed as commercial or retail banking. They should focus on their MoneyGram services and not full retail banking. I received an EFT payment from Nedbank into my Bidvest account, more than 4 days the money is being held by Bidvest monitoring dept.
I don't know why they are holding my payment but the staff of Bidvest are worse to deal with especially Jenniffer from the & Monitoring dept. She is manner-less and very rude towards clients. She lacks customer relations, she hangs up phone on clients instead of listening to clients complaints. I am so fedup with this service. I can not deliver my contract on time due to this unnecessary delays.
I am beginning to wonder if this is because the account belongs to me, who happens to be a foreigner, using passport. I have bank accounts with other banks in RSA and am legally residing and operating my business in the Republic since 8 years. Why is Bidvest bank holding my payment and jeopardizing my business, causing innocent casual workers their job & pay?
