I have made an arrangement with Absa after I have fallen in arrears with my bond account. Apparently no one within the Absa Home Loans division knows how to capture this arrangement on their system as they keep on phoning me every second day with the SAME thing. Thus far I have honored my arrangement with them but still they keep on harassing me. This is too much. If I did not keep to my arrangement, then phone me, however do not keep on phoning and please update your system. I have been a client with Absa for the past 20 years. However, have switched everything over to FNB and will very soon close both my credit cards, cheque account and bond account with Absa.
