COLLECTIONS CALLING ME THE WHOLE DAY

I have made an arrangement with my payment with the consultant who called me on monday morning 04/02/2013 apparently that consultant ddint put notes about our arrangement. Today 08/02/2013 been receiving calls to pay my account the agents are so so rude. i ended up speaking to Supervisor incharge i then made an arrangement of R250 with him. Even though i did i still get another phone call from the contact centre for an amount i owe. Im really as im also working here. The supervisor tells me that the numbers just pops up even if they spoke to me. Ok either way arrangement has been made and all these calls i will never pay for them as i never made an arrangement to pay for any call. Calling me once is enough. I know i have to pay you calling me the whole day its not on... if you dont have anything to do ive got work to do. From the 1st place i never ask for this account so stop pistering me. i'll be paying whatever i can afford to pay. If i keep on getting these calls then i guess will take this matter furthe
