HIGH LEVEL OF INCOMPETENCY AND BAD SERVICE

On Jan and Feb this year instead of debiting my loan installment on my standard bank account they changed and tried to debit on my capitec saving account. I went into the bank to query what was going on and no one had an answer. I was put on the phone to some lady at their head office who promised me that an additional month will be added to my loan account to account for the debit errors that took place. i was fine with that arrangement. for the last two months they have been debiting on the right std bank account. now someone deposited me money on my capitec saving only to have it taken by the bank because apparently the arrangement was never made my account is in arrears. which came as a suprise to me. I am tired and wish I had never had anything to do with that bank. High level of incompetency. After I am done with this laon I dont wish to have anything to do with them.
