Logged a claim on the website and got a Ref# 14821 on the 29/11
Called the help line 0860100876 took /- 10min to answer,
2/12, No claim found in the system. Logged a new claim with consultant claim# 202122, ref# 2494256
4/12 called to follow up, have been put through to 3 departments, still no answers and have been on the phone for 20min
What the is going on here?
This service is shocking, please get back to me ASAP so this can be resolved.
