I logged a call with the call centre to register a claim on my HOC Insurance with ABSA as hail damaged my roof and electric fence on 28/29 November 2013. The claim was logged on the 2nd of December 2013. I received no feedback from them as to when a accessor will come to determine the damage. I then logged numerous complaints on there action line as well as online complaint via there website but up to this point no response. This is pathetic to say the least, very quick to get your premium every month but very slow on delivering a service for what you pay.
