We have logged a claim in the beginning of November and received an sms with the claim number and a phonenumber we can phone for queries. I have been trying since Friday - nobody answers this number - an automated message system tells you to keep holding since "your call is important to us" and "we will attend to you as soon as possible". I don't feel very important if I have to hold on for hours at a time and nobody answers - 0860302011 and 0860100876. All I want is for someone to speak to me about the claim! I phoned other numbers on their website and everyone keeps transferring me to this line that nobody answers.
