When I took out my policy with this company part of the agreement was that I would receive 10% back if I did not claim in the previous 36 months. Low and behold nine years with them and I am expecting my third pay out and for the third time it does not arrive so I call to find out why once again I have to always ask for it. Guess what this time it has been cancelled due to "this benefit had never reached its full potential for our customers". They claim to have sent a letter on 18th December 2010 - which I never received! (Oh it was sent and no return mail is their response). When they send the so called copy, the above line appears - how can no refund be more advantageous than getting money back. Yes it suits them not to pay. I regard this as highly unethical and will be changing my insurer to one who lives their product agreement and does not chop and change to suit them whilst you still pay only the benefits no longer exist. What a company - to those looking for an insurer beware of this one!
