I paid up my loans I had with finchoice on the 22/10/13 even got my paid up letters by the 24/10/13.On the 28/10/13 my account was debited with intalments I ve been paying monthly which was a shock to me, I then phone my bank to dispute it. After that I started getting phone calls from finchoice that im in arrears, when questioning this all the time was told the manager will come back to me but nobody came back to me.it took me about 6 calls made by myself using my phone to get a clarity that they had refunded me the money they had debited from my acc., so since I had disputed the money I was supposed to pay it with interest. I spoke to Jade couple of times explained that I wasn't gonna pay any interest since it was their fault, i had paid up my account in full and they caused all the confusion without notifying me of what to expect as it was late for them to cancel the debit order as they claim. Jade promise to speak to his manager and come back to me, which he did, he told me I was gonna pay R1629.that was deposited back to me. Yes the amount was debited but my account still shows balance of R488.86??? I phoned him on Monday he promise to come back to me, left messages, still waiting.
