Pathetic Service

I had a loan with Finchoice and was settled on the 26/07/2013 and on the same day they ran a debit order of R1654.89 and I called to inform them to refund the money back in to my account, I was told it was gonna be done in 24 hours (I spoke to Thulani), no one called to inform me whats going on, I followed up on a Monday the 29/07/2013 spoke to a lady who promised to call me back to confirm if it has been attended to, nothing until today and today is the 07/08/2013. I called in today spoke to Debra, she tried her best to help but again she tyold me what i was told before it'll take 24 hours and I will be notified as soon as the refund is done. I think I'm still gonna wait for another 2 weeks. I think Finchoice doesn't give a about their customers and they don't why I need them to refund me. This is pathetic
