On 12 December @ 09:58 I phoned Finchoice requesting for settlement amount and bank detail to depost to so that I can pay and close the account. I requested the lady email them to me and she said she will SMS to me.
On 15 Decemer a debit order from Finchoice was processed on my account'15 days earlier than they should have deducted.
1.I am requesting for settlement amount on my account including bank details to pay in.
2.I am requesting for Finchoice to reverse the money they took from my account without my consent
The above should be resolved within end of day Tuesday 17 December. This is not how Finchoice must conduct business with people. I really question their intergrity and valuing customers on the above 2 matters
