Extreme disappointment

I wish to express the extreme disappointment and dissatisfaction in service I have just received from FNB Loan queries call centre. This is by far the worst service I have ever received from FNB, after banking with them for over 8 years.

A simple request of changing the debit order for a loan could not be met.

I cannot understand why a letter is required from the HR department of my company advising of the dates I get paid when this was never requested at the time of the loan being granted!!!

If you could trust me then, what has changed now.

Being employed at the bank, even though a call centre, you should at least have access to my account record and be able to verify what it is that i am telling you, SHOULD YOU NOT BELIEVE ME.

After me explaining that I my HR is not in the same office as me and I do not wish to get my company involved, I was told that this just just how it works.

I even requested to speak to the manager or someone higher to explain my situation, but this request was denied.

If this is the service that is now being offered, I would rather chose to move my account somewhere else!
