On the 23rd/11/2013 I spoke to Sekgomotso as I was getting arrested, I didn't have enough airtime I asked her to call me back but she didn't at all after I gave her my I'd and cell number. I have been told via e-mail that I'm on peding list as I didn't pay my November premium but on one bothered to tell me when I joined and no documents sent to me. This is not how Desmond Dube advertise clientele and Sekgomotso needs customer service training ASAP. I'm Not impressed with her at all!!!
