I am not a very happy customer. after I received a call from finchoice to settle a kwikdraw that was outstanding< i settled the account of 2613.32 the following day on 20/12/2013. they went and debited an additional 2629.62 from my account on 24/12/2013. This unacceptable! the account was settled, why did you deduct another amount on 24/12/2013. that means I paid over 5000-00 for a initial loan amount of 2000-00. this is worse than loansharks interest!
