I swiped my card on 1 December 2013 at the Mr Price N1 city and it rejected (but there was money in my account) so I paid cash, Mr Price advised that the R329.96 which went out of my account on 2 December 2013 is not in their account, Nedbank N1 City are aware of this problem with swiping cards at Mr Price N1 city, and advised me that the money could be traced and placed back in my account. The problem is I cannot go back to Nedbank N1 city as it is far from where I live and Nedbank Woodstock and Nedbank Prominade wont assist me, neither will the call center and apparently not the Nedbank backoffice as I have logged a complaint with (CRM REF: 263916) back office and the guy came back to me with silly answers and I am not completing a card dispute form and waiting 45 days. In simple laymans terms the money, R329.96 that left my account on 2 December 2013 must be traced and placed back into my account.
