Dial Direct Legal Department Inefficient

I had a car accident in Sept 2012 which was not my fault. A drunk driver drove into me and was needless to say arrested on the scene, Dial Direct was great wrt fixing my car but the work from the legal department to get the insurance money back as well as my excess that I paid has been short of non-communicative. Initially I received one or two calls to get details. Then I received one e-mail and on 20 July Tshepo called me to tell me they can't claim from the owner of the car because he was not the driver. This I knew a long time ago. He said they cannot access info for the driver. 6 e-mails between him and me & he does not answer any of my valid questions. I noted my willingness to go to the police station to help get info but am still unhappy with his unprofessional service to me. He has since my last e-mail to him yesterday not responded. I am willing to share the e-mails with his superior.i am a pharmacist so they can contact me on my land line not cellphone at work on 0217101233. His unprofessional conduct is (to me) is a reflection of either bad training/no e-mail etiquette or just laziness to take time to read the detail which i expect of lawyers.
