AS far as the time frame for processing Dial Direct has been slow in my book. However the same cannot be said about Darren February. From the day that I called in to claim after my accident, this gentleman kept me abreast of everything, he replied to my queries on time and really did his utmost to make me feel satisfied. I think he is an asset to his department and has surely got great customer relation skills. A to Darren and please keep it up.
