First they had an excuse with the km. They then agree to pay out if engine is fixed and put back in so the km can be read on the ODO meter. Paid everything out of my own pocket, got the km and send it to them agreeing that it is correct. Then they phone me to tell me they need all the quotations and the engineers report. Send it to them and waited 2 weeks for feedback. They came back to me stating they discussed my matter with managers and they agreed not to pay out because they don't have a print out of the diagnostic report proveing that it is my vehicle's sensors that went even tho it is stated in the engineers's report. The guy from Steve's auto clinic explained to them that the diagnostic machien does not have a print out function nor a save data function and then they say they need a photo of the diagnostic machien proveing it is my vehicle but how can I get a photo of it if my car is already fixed and Motorite never informed him that they need it. Motorite is the bigest fraudilent company that exists. They will keep coming up with a new excuse not to pay out till you run out of information which they should have told you before hand. Hope they will be brought to justice!!!
