Decline to Repair my vehicle

I bought my vehicle a Peugeot 207 GTI in 2007. I The vehicle has 32, 000 kilometers in mileage currently. Recently the vehicle broke down and was informed that this was due to a failure of the clutch plate. The vehicle was towed to Boksburg from Mpumalanga which was the closest Peugeot garage. The assessors of Motorite came to assess the vehicle at Peugeot Boksburg.

On the 18th of January 2013, Motorite came back to me telling me that they had decline the claim that I had made. They informed me that the clutch plate is supposed to fail after at least 50, 000 kilometers to 75, 000 kilometers. I spoke to two of their consultants Kabelo and Conrad, and asked if this was due to my negligence of any kind. They told me that the report said nothing about this being my negligence, meaning that this was a breakdown was not caused by me. Then I ask myself why Motorite would not cover my claim. They then informed me that the kilometers were too low for the clutch plate to fail. I insured against a risk and my expectation is that and insurance company must pay in the occurrence of a loss.
