In August 2011 I bought a second hand Nissan Hardbody 2.4L Petrol, 2006 model. The salesman offered me a warranty plan from Motorite Insurance. I agreed to take the extra warranty which cost me approximitely R5000. No terms and conditions was sent to me by Motorite and no acknowledgement that I am a customer. My vehicle broke in January 2013. When I wanted to claim from Motorite they informed me that I did not meet the terms and conditions which state that I had to service my vehicle after 12months or 15000 km, which ever came first. I serviced my vehicle on 10 Dec 2012 on 10 000km. It means now that I have to struggle financially to get my vehicle fixed as it is my only means of transport to and from work.
