I have never in my life been so angry at a bank. going to the bank 3 times and my proof of residence gets rejected because its not original. when i went the 2nd time they never said it had to be original, they said i need to prove my address, yet when i do it gets rejected. i dont understand how they can deliver my ebucks card to the address i gave them online and when i try and verify that address with documents they will not accept it! my husband opened an account with them 3 months ago used the same proof of residency that i submitted and it was accepted and he hasnt received an ebucks card, yet i dont even have a bank account but i have an ebucks card??? how does that work???
