Ebucks service is a joke

Every time I see a FNB service add on television I think its a joke. They amusingly are so customer service focused meanwhile their Ebucks dept should get a real shake up as I see some other complaints as well on hallo peter. I have applied for my Ebucks card October 2012 already, emails and phone calls by the 100's and still no card. They keep telling me they cancelled and reordered and send to my address. That's bulldust as I get all my other correspondence at same address, why should FNB mails not arrive. And to call you bank is same joke as they very quickly say they do not work with Ebucks customers... well it's part of FNB isn't it? Passing the buck all the time. Why can they hand deliver a bank card to a new client but you Ebuck card takes weeks and still never arrive... I WANT MY CARD!!!
