I have banked with FNB for some time now. each time i was asked whether i would like an ebucks card i have declined. suddenly i got a card in the mail. I am reasonably sure i did not request to become an ebucks member.
I have sent 3 emails to the [Email Removed] address but i have had no response what so ever.
i would very much like to speak to a person who can assist me with my concern and arrange that the card be cancelled.
