My petro card has been suspended - after payment!

I have had a petro card with FNB for 10 years. i received a sms this morning to tell me i am in arrears. I went to tygervalley where i had to wait 50 minutes to see a consultant who phoned the call centre. I al ways pay my card on the 1st of the month as i get paid on the last day of the month. Eventually i was told that even though my payment is R263 and I pay R2000 a month, I am in arrears. I paid R2500 before lunch and now received another sms telling me my card has been suspended. I have spent an hour trying to get through to the call centre now with no answer.
