I am really unhappy for the past year already and I'm having endless problems. On the 25th April 2013 there was a payment of R2400 that went off my savings account I didn't give any authorization for this as I don't have any debit orders going off. I want this reversed immediately and for a stop to be put on I'll pay my accounts myself via EFT. I made payment arrangements with Clayton last month and no one has came back to me I would really like to be compensated for this inconvenience caused and for my R2400 to be reversed by no later then Tuesday. I'm also going over to FNB and will close my cheque and savings account and will pay my account EFT. I would not recommend anyone to bank with Standard Bank.
