Opened half an account

The staff at K90 Boksburg opened an account but failed to activate it. Their action caused my salary to be returned, which will result in debit orders being returned and my ability to pay my staff and rent on time.
I have subsequently closed my accounts with the bank as a result of this incompetency. My Standard Bank Policies will also be closed.
