Do to the useless service that I have received from standard back I closed all my accounts with them late last year. All my cards were destroyed and all accounts closed, as I was told by the standard bank staff member. Now I'm receiving calls from standard back telling me that I used my "EX" closed credit card account and that I owe them money.
Let's get one thing straight "I don't owe standard bank any money" if your staff are not competent enough to figure out that my old accounts are now closed then it's your problem NOT MINE.
This is one reason why I'm with FNB and NOT standard bank. Have this problem fixed or I'll take legal steps.
