Today at 8h30 I went to nedbank to deposit the money because it is written on the door that they open at 8:30 last day of the months .we stood there but the door was not open when we try to ask them showing sign while we were outside because you can see them througj glasses instead of coming out and talked to us they just ignored us.the que was long when we ask security he was clueless, at 9h00 the door was open the lady by the name of valencia if my memory serves me well when I asked her at what time do they open.instead of give me clarity she responded with an attitude "we open at 8h30 but the system was down" when I tried to tell her that they were suppose to tell security to inform clients but she had an attitude as a manager I was shocked by her attitude
