Not as awesome as the Steve ads

FNB gets sold as this all out package and I have numerous complaints that seem to fall on def ears

Firstly I got a call a few weeks ago that the consultant advised me that she was going to try save me money which sounded awesome, from which I started finding out that all the various agreements that were made when I took a cheque account from them I'm the first place have all basically changed and not once did I receive any form of notification telling me that they would happen.

Secondly transferring money from my cheque account to my petro card should be seamless and immediate, but it didn't even reflect until I had to phone FNB get buggerd around on the phone for about half an hour get transferred to places that dropped my call and then getting through to some one that helped me wasn't good enough after all that nonsense.

Lastly I use my petrol card as a way of maintaining and controlling my spending. Last night had to put fuel into my car and once the amount went through I realized that the amount that I put in didn't even remotely reflect what I should have had on hand. Growing tired and starting to feel that this move to FNB was much more costly then it was beneficial
