Good day. I just returned back from your Strubens Valley branch where I tried to return a Ryobi chainsaw that I purchased last week (still brand new and unused). My wife used her credit card (and chose the cheque account option as the account is linked to the card). When we gave the shop assistant the card, she told me this was the incorrect card and refused the refund as the number on the card does not reflect on the receipt. I told her this is the only card my wife owns so this is definitely the correct card. I told her that the cheque account is linked to this credit card so she must please check the account and the cheque account number would then reflect correctly. She just looked at me blankly and said "no". I was offered a store credit - this is unacceptable. If I paid with a card, I should be refunded the same way as per your returns policy. I am even willing to bring through my bank statement to prove that the amount was debited from my wife's cheque account
