I've opened an account and told the consultant that I primarily needed internet banking. after an hour waiting time in the queue, the account opening process took at least 45mins with all the security checks. In an attempt of wanting to use internet banking I found out that it required another visit to the branch to enable this service. I visited the the UTH branch just to obtain access to internet banking and had to wait in another queue. It took forever and I had to leave due to the fact that I had limited lunch time in which to do this. Please reconsider your process as it is not user friendly. I still don't have access to internet banking. This should really be an online registration process.
