Finally some good service :)

I had an insurance claim and the consultant, Deidre was awesome!

She was timely in her responses, explained herself well even when I was unsure of the process etc.

She was prepared to assist, and it seemed she went beyond the normal responses.

I was pleasantly surprised that she continued to follow up until the claim was completed.
