II lodged my claim with the company on the 15 may 2013. To date (21 May 2013) I have not received any official responses about my claim. The company promises to respond/ provide feedback on claims within 24 hours.
Call centre consultant s are not helpful, because they are nit knowledgeable about the claim process. They cannot answer questions or provide alternative suggestions if the standard process does not apply.
Supporting documents get lost in cyber space because the system only caretaker for one attachment at a time.
