Lost cellphone from pants pocket while walking. Reported it to police and blocked sim within 24 hours. Completed the claim form within timeframe. Mtn westgate never captured the claim or explained that forms had to be certified. When i submitted the affidavit to explain why it wasn't done in the 1st place. Incompetent staff when i handed in the claim. 24hr mobilty rejected my claim saying time has lapsed. call centre is shocking with customer service and disconnects after 4 min and this continues to happen every time without being able to speak to a person to assist. We have the document to proof that the insurance exists.
