Purchased electricity via telephone banking and did not receive the voucher, after 14 days i received an sms with invalid voucher numbers and since spent more money on calling Capitec for a resolution, but only empty promises and no feedback. This query dates back to 28/11/2013 and more than a month later Capitec still don't have the decency to respond to my calls. I forwarded emails to their Clientcentre address and can see it has been read, with no response
