I was charged almost R2000 in total for bank statements for 2 years that I needed for my accountant and a home-loan application that I was wanting to make.

Your pricing guide does not stipulate so much for a statement.
You also never posted or emailed me my statement.
If I knew this, I would have stayed with Capitec Bank who only charges me R4-50 per statement no matter the month or year.
This is absolutely ridiculous. You are killing me with such a hefty fee.
I handed a letter in at Kokstad branch to complain on 11 November, now they say they will send it to my original branch. My original branch propably does not know about the statement asked for at Kokstad branch, who are the ones who charged me. Now you passing the buck and playing games.
