3 Months ago I got a call from a Lady selling me an extended warranty on my vehicle. I was told that before
before my account gets debited, there will send someone to assess the vehicle to avoid paying for existing
damages . 3 Debit order later and no one has called me about assessing the car!
I called the call center and was told that they do not send assessors and that the Supervisor Portia Nkosi will
listen to the recording of the call and get back to me. I had only agreed to take the policy as I was told they will
assess my vehicle as I wanted to know exactly what I will be covered for. Now the story CHANGED.
Portia Nkosi please
1- listen to that recording because your agent did tell me that my car will be assessed first.
2- Please cancel my so called policy.
3- Please refund the Amount of R837.90 that was debited over 3 months as the policy was sold to me based on
