As stated in the subject line, I would just like to voice my opinion on the extended warranties which your company has on offer.
Point #1 - I find it pointless selling extended warranty policies to vehicle owners if you exclude repairs/replacement to/of vital engine components. According my understanding, an extended warranty policy is 'supposed' to give you a worry-free maintenance cover experience in the case of a breakdown, and not partial cover whereby you should be worried whether the repairs will be covered.
Point #2 - Please advise on the process for cancellation of a policy with your company.
Point #3 - My claims are always rejected as the parts to be repaired/replaced is not covered within the policy.
