Unlawful Debit Orde

I requested a quotation on the 26/06/2013 as I am insured by them and was in the process of purchasing another vehicle. I was given a quotation of R3200 of which was double my existing cover which was to much for me. On the 02/07/2013 I phoned and enquired why they had taken two debits of my account and spoke to Riaan who insisting that I accepted the policy and was more than welcome to listen to the recordings in Johannesburg when I live in Mthatha Eastern Cape. I was then told to go onto their website and select Access to information to listen to the recording which should have been made availble to me Immediately. On the 05/07/2013 I phoned gain queying my refund and spoke to Kapelo who advised me to send proof off banking details in order for the refund to be paid within 48hours as without this it would on be paid at the end of July. Why is the full refund not being paid? Why are they only paying R2800 if they had a voice recording? What about my policy on old vehicle which was paid in advance until end of June if they saying the charged me a pro rata? Riaan words were when I said iam going to put this on hello Peter- its only a web site, terrible customer services.
