BANK SYS FAULT YEY MY MONEY TAKEN

I cannot believe what has hsppened to me with still no resolution and capitec bank has really showed me they dont care about their customers or the service they give. I use mobile banking and on a saterday i transferred my money frm one account to another same bank, their systems where offline but there was no way to determine this. The sms showed me the transfere of R930 odd rand was successful. I went to draw, there was no money so i proceded to do transfere again, went to ATM and drew my money out
In the interim CAPITECS SYSTEM DOUBLED UP MONEY THAT WAS NOT THERE AND I WAS NOT AWARE THAT THIS HAPPENED TILL IT WAS TOO LATE!! Unauthorized debits went off i was then much later that day made aware by sms of the debits. The BANK PUT ME IN A MINUS FOR MONEY I DID NOT USE. THEY REFUSED TO HELP ME OR TAKE RESPONDSIBILTY FOR THEIR SYSTEM ERROS. I AM AT THE OUMBUD AND STILL NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED. I AM A SINGLE MOTHER OF THREE KIDS TO FEED. MONEY CAME INTO MY ACC LAST WEEK AND THE BANK JUST TOOK IT, I SENT THRU EMALES, CALLED THEIR OFFICES AND STILL NO ONE EVEN CARES ENOUGH TO LISTEN
THIS WAE NOT MY FAULY AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
