CAPITEC CHARGES YOU FOR NO SERVICE!!!

I HAVE MOBILE BANKING WITH CAPITEC BANK FOR SOME TIME NOW. FOR THE PAST 6 DAYS, I WAS NOT ABLE TO DO ANY TRANSACTION ON MY MOBILE BANKING. ALL THE TIME, AFTER REQUESTING WHAT I WANTED, AND ENTERING MY MOBILE BANKING PIN, THE SYSTEM SAY SERVICE NOT AVAILABLE. I GET CHARGED FOR THIS SERVICE EVERYTIME. I THEN SPEN NEARLY R60-00 AIRTIME TO CONTACT CAPITEC BANK TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS, AND ALL I GET IS THAT THE SERVICE IS CLOGGED WITH LOTS OF REQUESTS. SO WHO'S FAULT IS IT?? MINE?? BUT I HAVE TO PAY FOR A SERVICE WHICH IS NON-EXSISTENT. AND FOR SO MANY DAYS. THEN I MUST USE MY OWN AIRTIME TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS POOR SERVICE, WHICH I HAVE TO PAY FOR, AND ALL THEY TELL YOU IS THE SYSTEM IS CLOGGED. I ASK FOR MY MONEY THAT I SPEND BACK AND THEY TELL ME I WON'T GET IT. THIS IS RUBBISH SERVICE FROM CAPITEC BANK. WE MOVED FORM OTHER BANKS BECAUSE OF THEIR FEES WERE TO HIGH, BUT THEN WE GET OF OUR MONEY FOR SOMRTHING THAT IS NOT OUR FAULT??
THIS IS TOTALY BLATANT GREEDY SERVICE FROM CAPITEC BANK. IF YOU CANNOT SUPPLY THE SERVICE WE DESERVE, THEN PLEASE REFUND THE MONEY WE WASTED WITH CAPITEC. I WILL BE CLOSING MY 3 ACCOUNTS WITH CAPITEC BANK IMMIEDIATLY...
