THEY WILL DO ANYTHING NOT TO PAY!!! (LOOP HOLES)

I had hail damage rescently.. this is what follows.
1) They wanted me to report and get a case number from the Police... < REALLY.. who do i blame??
2) The broker told me where to get a qoute from the panel beater & handed it in..
4) They offered me 70% of the retail value
5) Then i heard thru my broker that they wanted to write the car off.. because the quote was more than 70% of the retail value they already offered me. ( i do understand this)
6) i phoned the panel beater & they AGREED to fix the car for the amount that Renasa offers!!! they phoned my broker & told Renasa they will fix the car for that amount,!!
7) Then i hear nothing for a week, Then i phone just to hear that Renasa is stil not happy with the qoute and i must get another qoute from a panel beater they refered me to!!! that ended up being more expensive than the first quote!!
8). first the outo shop that takes the car back offered me R20 000 to buy the car back and when i complained they offered me R15 800??? THAT MAKES NO SENSE!!!
9) Now they see i am not budging.. They looking for loop holes not to pay me at all!!!

All our hard earned money gets wasted like this. I DO NOT RECOMEND THEM AT ALL!!!
