UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT

I spoke to both Musa Tshbalala and Eugene Thiyo, and both cannot assist me.
My ex-husband and I are divorced, He got the property and he was responsible for the debt. I understand that it was a joint bond, but I think it's unfair that you cannot do your job and track him down and just debt me. The home loan is his responsibility. I was debited without FNB advising me thereof. I provided FNB with my divorce agreement and advised them that my ex is liable for the debt. No One ever responded, then I open up a cheque account with FNB cos of your brilliant advertisements, and as soon as I paid money into the cheque account, your home loans department debited me without my consent.
You debited me for R1000 on the 15th of October 2013, that money was for my rent. I would appreciate you returning the funds.
I want to bank with FNB (my cheque account), but if you constantly debit my account without my consent that will not be possible. I thought FNB would want clients yet you making it impossible to be a client with you.
Your home loan department is not interested. But as a client I do not see FNB home Loan, FNB cheque, FNB credit card... All I see is FNB
