Ive had it with FNB

In this last year my financial situation went plummeting downwards. I have been with FNB for the last 4 years and in all this time it meant nothing to them. I hear all these ads on the radio about how they help people, but me as an existing client can tell you that's not true after 4 years i still pay the same interest and after 4 years i still get denied a overdraft increase. But as soon as i go into minus like today - R150 they are quick to send me a sms to pay in funds before they reverse my debit orders. Not even speaking of all the bank fees i pay. I am done with FNB. You don't care about your customers only about making money. I am changing to Capitec I am sure they will understand that people have their ups and down and will not cause me anymore financial damage
