I have settled my Nedbank loan in November 2013. I did phone the loans department and they confirmed that the debit order will be cancelled and that the account is fully paid up.
BUT, yesterday the 2nd December 2013, they ran the debit order again. Is it so difficult for this bank to do things right??
PLEASE Nedbank, cancel the debit order, as I have settled my Loan and update my ITC as well.
